We’re looking for a strong communicator to join TransUnion’s Corporate Affairs & Communications team as Senior Executive Communications Consultant. Your primary responsibility will be to support the company’s executive communications program as a writer, delivering impactful messaging to help our stakeholders better understand our company, our leaders and our impact. You will join a dynamic communications team responsible for building and protecting TransUnion’s reputation with our internal and external stakeholders worldwide.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5 plus years of experience with a mix of internal and external executive  communications
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on writing and editing compelling content, and experience translating complex information into clear storytelling
  • Expertise in corporate communication programs and channels, with a track record of success developing, executing and measuring strategic communication products and initiatives
  • Ability to form influential, consultative working relationships with key stakeholders
  • This role requires strong relationships with colleagues from various departments across TransUnion including business unit leadership, investor relations, strategy, legal, compliance, sustainability, brand, human resources, social impact, marketing and more.
  • Strong resource management, prioritization and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working under deadline pressure in a rapidly evolving environment
  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience working with C-suite leaders
  • Experience working in consulting, information services and/or financial services
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment
  • Experience communicating with a diverse international audience
  • Advanced degree
  • Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese or French

Impact You'll Make:

  • The Senior Executive Communications Consultant, will partner with leaders and subject matter experts to develop distinctive communication plans and content to communicate TU’s strategy and performance, support stakeholder engagement and build TU’s brand.
  • You’ll work with communications leaders and subject matter experts to develop messages that tell the story of our vision, capture our actions and progress and influence outcomes. You’ll create (or contribute to) a variety of deliverables to support and amplify executive voices, including talking points, blogs, presentations, social posts, Q&As, press releases and more.
  • You’ll collaborate with creative and channel leads to produce and publish deliverables across a variety of channels, monitor engagement and then measure and report out on success. 
  • You will also manage executive editorial calendars and an executive content library.
  • You will collaborate with the broader TransUnion communications team, identifying opportunities to leverage communication programs and initiatives across executive platforms.
  • Periodically, you will also support the broader Corporate Affairs & Communications team by contributing to other communication initiatives.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
