Do you strive in a dynamic work environment? We are looking for highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join us as an Inventory Analyst Lead. As an Inventory Analyst Lead, you will report to the Inventory Management under Central Planning team. You will act as SME (Subject Matter Expert) related to SAP/MES systems to support the implementation of Inventory Movement and Governance solutions

 Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Work closely with cross functional teams to define, diagnose, design, and analyze information related to the Inventory Movement and Governance
  • Implement SAP as one source of truth for Inventory management. Co-work with IT team to create use cases and standard methodologies for Inventory movement governance.
  • Provide expert system and process mentorship on SAP/MES capabilities.
  • Use metrics and performance data to understand opportunities for improvement.
  • Independently drive & lead discussions with remote factories team on inventory movements/transaction errors within SAP/MES
  • Drive closure for key improvements/enhancements/integration within CIPs (Continuous Improvement Projects)
  • Lead Discussions with Engineering/IT team that will enable more automation and reduce manual efforts.
  • Provide regular updates to management on results of engagements with factories to review any key decisions or changes required.
  • Training Materials creation and lead training of business process and reports with sites
  • Creating and maintaining inventory systems for accurately managing inventory

Requirement

  • Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Supply Chain Management, Industrial System Engineering or a related field or study
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP and/or MES within multinational corporations
  • Proven experience in system solution with a strong understanding of SAP and MES
  • Demonstrate capability of material movement and system transaction process mapping
  • Able to create digital report and analyze inventory movement and transaction errors
  • Strong analytical, time management and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively across different teams and sites
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach
  • Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
