This role will be reporting to the Tender & Public Business Lead. As the Project Manager (ICP), you will serve as the primary liaison between the company and the key stakeholders in the deliverables of projects listed under the Industrial Collaboration Programs (ICP). Your role is pivotal in ensuring the projects will achieve the intended outcomes, following the assigned timelines as well necessary documentations for audit purposes are fully prepared and completed. Cross functional collaborations with internal stakeholders are key skills for successful realization of the project's outcome.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful achievement of project deliverables, acting as the orchestrator.
  • Negotiate project terms and outcomes with relevant stakeholders i.e ICP owners including the Ministry of Health (MOH), Technology Depository Agency (TDA) as well as the ICP projects recipients and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with legal counterparts to prepare and finalize contracts for agreed ICP projects.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Oversee project planning, implementation, and completion in coordination with project leads.
  • Define clear roles, responsibilities, and deliverable requirements for team members, ensuring alignment with project scope and schedule.
  • Monitor project progress, track timelines, and follow up on project-related tasks and milestones.
  • Provide regular project updates to internal and external stakeholders, including the Technology Depository Agency (TDA) and MOH, and address any concerns that arise.
  • Report project details, progress, risks, and opportunities to the Tender and Public Business Lead in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all changes to projects receive internal and external approvals and are properly documented.
  • Evaluate project performance and identify areas for process improvement to enhance project delivery.

  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Understanding of the pharmaceutical business landscape is advantageous.
  • Preferably, experience in pharmaceutical marketing or project management.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
  • Experience in medical affairs is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel around the country
  • Degree in a relevant discipline, preferably in business administration, MBA, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in PC skills, including project management software, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
