Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will lead business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your role involves ensuring successful project delivery and meeting service level agreements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead and manage the overall program/project delivery. - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets. - Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders. - Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Groovy (Programming Language). - Strong understanding of project management methodologies. - Experience in managing project budgets and resources. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile project management methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Groovy (Programming Language). - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
