Position Summary...
What you'll do...
Job Summary: As a NEO Move Management Support and Execution Specialist, you will be responsible for managing projects for NEO office buildings, handling FF&E for NEO campus, and providing support for corporate campus moves. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including tech, ADE, construction, security, facilities, and design teams to ensure successful project execution. This role involves managing and approving campus furniture work orders and tickets, coordinating with 3rd party contractors, and providing team management and special project support.
Key Responsibilities: * Manage projects for NEO office buildings, including weekly meetings with stakeholders and providing progress updates for leadership.
* Handle FF&E for NEO campus, including coordinating warehouse deliveries and storage, scheduling FF&E deliveries, and managing raised for deliveries.
* Provide support for corporate campus moves, including planning, execution, and transition to NEO. * Manage and approve campus furniture work orders and tickets, and coordinate with 3rd party contractors.
* Provide team management and special project support, including leading and supervising a team of three individuals, conducting regular team meetings, and fostering a collaborative team culture.
* Manage and execute special projects, such as Museum 3.0, remediation projects, and construction management.
* Coordinate with stakeholders, including tech, ADE, construction, security, facilities, and design teams to ensure successful project execution.
* Collaborate with Amanda Wilson and Matt George on planning for NEO campus and prepare for moves.
* Manage and track budgets, hourly tracking, and yearly budgeting for 3P contractors.
* Ensure compliance with Walmart code of conduct and policies.
Requirements: .
* At least 2 years of experience in move management, project management, or related field.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Work Environment: This role is based in Bentonville, AR, with occasional travel to other locations as needed. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a busy environment and adapt to changing priorities. Schedule: This is a full-time position with a standard 40-hour workweek. The schedule may vary based on project needs and may include occasional evenings and weekends. The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00-$110,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
