Job Description
- Data-Driven Training: Analyze debt collection data to identify areas for improvement (e.g., low collection rates, high costs), then collaborate with stakeholders to design targeted training programs, and measure their effectiveness using KPIs (e.g., % increase in collections post-training)
- Feedback and Satisfaction: Track changes in feedback and satisfaction scores after training implementation to gauge program impact
- People Development: Act as the central point of contact for the people development program, tracking and reporting on performance
- Performance Management: Identify performance gaps and provide timely updates against program targets to ensure alignment and progress
- Effective Communication: Deliver engaging presentations to effectively communicate training content and performance updates to stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in Leasing, Banking, Collection, or related fields
- Prior experience in data analysis, training design, project management, and training program development
- Strong computer skills (MS Office 365, SharePoint, Power BI, etc.)
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Organized, self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented with a "can-do" attitude
- Good command of English
