Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Network SME (L3/L4) – Routing & Switching: We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer (L3/L4) with expertise in advanced networking technologies, including Routing, MPLS, and Foundational Firewall management Experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing network design, implementation, Tier 3 troubleshooting for Global Organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality network solutions, resolve complex issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of network performance. Shall prepare the detailed implementation plan for migration’s and technology refresh. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Strong customer-service orientation with the ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments. Ability to stay current with emerging technologies and network trends. Key Responsibilities: ? Assist in the design, planning, and implementation of complex network topologies, ? Prepare the HLD, LLD and project Implementation/build plans ? Recommend network architecture changes to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability. ? Provide expert-level support for complex routing and switching issues, diagnosing, and resolving network faults quickly and effectively. ? Use network diagnostic tools (e.g., Wireshark, NetFlow, SolarWinds) to identify and mitigate performance bottlenecks, routing loops, and connectivity issues. ? Act as the final escalation point for complex network issues, providing advanced troubleshooting expertise and solutions to resolve service disruptions or performance issues. ? Tune network performance by optimizing routing, reducing latency, Technical Skills: Strong Design, Implement, troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex network issues. Expert in advance routing and switching solutions using protocols such as BGP, EIGRP, and Configure and manage MPLS-based VRF's and routing tables, VPNs, and QoS, Cloud Network experience. Provide high-level support for core and edge network devices (routers, switches, Wireless and firewalls). Strong Cisco based routing and Switching product knowledge is mandatory. Deep knowledge of Cisco products and routing protocols (BGP, EIGRP). Cisco ACI, Extreme Wireless, Cisco SDWAN Experience in IAC and configuration tool like Ansible. Certifications (preferred): Cisco certifications: CCNP, CCIE (Routing and Switching) Summary: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products, both remote and onsite. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures. - Strong understanding of network infrastructures. - Experience in troubleshooting network issues. - Knowledge of server maintenance and configuration. - Familiarity with various software solutions/vendors/brands. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Network Infrastructures. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
