What you'll do...

Senior Manager, Walmart + Fraud & Abuse

We are looking for a Senior Manager of Walmart+ Business Operations and Strategy team to tackle the day-to-day aspects of fraud prevention on the Walmart+ platform. The Senior Manager will help identify risk areas for membership and define solutions designed to grow the business profitability.  

 

The Senior Manager will have business ownership for development of Walmart+ processes across our fraud and abuse areas. This includes partnering with key stakeholders to plan and drive changes to escalation protocols, develop fraud and abuse mitigation strategies for new business opportunities. Keep track of new trends that may emerge to develop new criteria for identifying and preventing fraudulent and deceptive behavior. This individual will have business responsibility for the prioritization, development, and execution of the roadmap, and will partner with key stakeholders such as product, engineering, compliance, customer care, accounting, legal, etc.

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree AND 2 years’ experience in Trust and Safety, Content Moderation OR 6 years+ experience in Operations Management or related area 

  • Experience working with Product and Engineering to deliver on new safety features or products. 

  • Ability to travel when business needs require (<25%, often with multi night stay) 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience working in developing policies and mitigation strategies for fraud, abuse and scam prevention, platform manipulation. 

  • Experience in risk management, policy development AND fraud and abuse mitigation capabilities 

  • 2+ years working in a Trust and Safety function for a technology-based company.
