As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a talented Product Manager to join our growing team focused on workflow automation.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our workflow automation and integration products. In this role, you will drive product strategy and execution, working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, and go-to-market teams to deliver innovative solutions. 

A strong technical background is critical for this position, and candidates with previous development or technical experience will be highly preferred. You’ll work on complex systems and will be expected to deeply understand how workflow automations interact with data, APIs, and other technical platforms.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for workflow automation features, from strategy to execution
  • Define and prioritize product requirements based on customer needs, market research, and business objectives
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver robust and scalable workflow automation solutions, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery
  • Partner with UX designers to create user-friendly and powerful automation tools
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, iterating based on feedback and key metrics
  • Identify and evaluate emerging trends in automation and integration to inform product direction
  • Act as a technical liaison between product and engineering, effectively communicating complex technical concepts to stakeholders and translating business requirements into technical tasks
  • Drive cross-team collaboration and manage dependencies with other products and services

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on technical products, automation, or workflow tools
  • Technical background: Prior experience as a software developer, technical product manager, or related technical role is strongly preferred
  • Proven experience in managing complex, technical products with a strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flow
  • Familiarity with workflow automation tools, business process automation, or related technologies (e.g., Zapier, Integromat/Make, etc.)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence without authority
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to product decision-making
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred

Below is the US base salary for this position. Additional compensation such as Bonus, Commission, Equity and other benefits may also apply.
