This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on accounting and administrative experience in a dynamic environment. The intern will assist with operational accounting tasks and administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the department while gaining valuable industry knowledge.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain financial records, invoices, and other documentation.
  • Assist in preparing, sorting, and filing accounting and administrative documents (digital).
  • Provide updated company information, including general information, financial, tax, legal and legal documents in the region.
  • Complete the government surveys applicable in the region.
  • Coordinate the Insurance commercial policies issuing.
  • Support collecting withholding certificates with customers and vendors.

Requirements:

  • Currently studying Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related fields. (Ready to start the internship)
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and systems.
  • English level intermediate to advance is required.
  • Eager to learn and proactive in taking on new responsibilities.
  • Team players with excellent communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and professional ethics.
