We have 2 positions to fill for our 2025 January intake. We are looking to hire1 position in Adelaide and 1 in Brisbane. No other locations are being considered at this stage.

About the CRA DP program, what can I expect:

  • Full-time, dedicated training program with classroom and practical learning elements
  • Comprehensive CRA training curriculum
  • Training on ICH GCP and local Ethics and Regulatory Environment requirements
  • Opportunity to learn from experienced CRAs, Line Managers, Quality Managers

 

Skills and experience required:

  • Bachelor's degree in health care or other life-science disciplines is required
  • Experience in a clinical research position (In-house CRA, Clinical Trials Assistant or Clinical Trials Coordinator) is desirable
  • Basic understanding of clinical research governing principles such as ICH-GCP and the ethical and regulatory frameworks in Australia/New Zealand
  • Fluency in English, excellent verbal and written communication skills required to function within a professional work environment
  • Working knowledge of MS – Office suite of applications
  • Demonstrable problem-solving, critical thinking and time management skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and clients
