Do Work That Matters
This Senior Business Analyst- Process Design role is part of Private Bank and Advice Experiences crew and reports to the Delivery Centre of Excellence Lead.
In this role you will work as part of a cross functional squad and product owners that own business outcomes to improve our service and experience to clients and frontline sales and service teams.
You will be responsible to lead the design of process improvements for our frontline teams and clients using modern automation capabilities and service design principles.
Critical to your success in this role will be your curiosity, analytical and innovative thinking, problem solving abilities, current state understanding through one on one research, data analysis and workshop facilitation and your ability to build strong alliances with internal partners. Private Wealth and business knowledge would be beneficial for the current role but not a limitation.
Responsibilities
Document current state process, journeys and pain points.
Support Product Owners to help prioritise work by providing them quantitative and qualitative insights.
Design target state processes and service design and apply automation principles where relevant
Drive the removal of potential process, performance and quality bottlenecks.
Be the voice of the user and test effectiveness of solutions built by the squad.
Design and document training to help out frontline teams understand the change.
Identify operational risks and work with risk partners to build controls.
Ensure project and team member efforts remain focused on the specific customer needs and the intended project outcomes.
We are interested in hearing from people who have:
Extensive experience in service design, process design and modelling and business architecture.
Demonstrated experience in workload prioritisation, adapting plans to respond to business needs, and working to tight deadlines.
Experience working in scaled agile framework.
Strong communication skills for a range of audiences including written, verbal and interpersonal.
Experience in stakeholder management and influencing, managing within all levels of organisation.
High attention to detail and able to drive outcomes and teams to agreed deadlines.
Experience working in financial services domain in particular wealth products is highly desired.
