Position Summary

The Senior International Tax Analyst will be an integral part of the corporate tax team, supporting global income tax analysis, process improvements, and various initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Pillar 2 monitoring, modeling, and planning

  • Develop Pillar 2 processes and coordinate with different business functions

  • US international tax planning and modeling

  • Monitor US international tax legislative developments

  • Prepare and maintain documentation supporting tax positions

  • Assist with analysis and documentation of tax implications related to business initiatives

  • Assist with acquisition integration

  • Support international tax audits

  • Support global tax planning

  • Assist with implementing tax technology initiatives to streamline processes

  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Working knowledge of cross-border income taxation laws

  • Experience working with financial reporting tools

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills

  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills

  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and embrace change

  • Strong project management skills

  • Data transformation and visualization skills a plus

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of international corporate income tax experience

  • Secondary university degree in Tax or Law desirable

  • Certified Public Accountant or equivalent preferred

  • Experience working in a large public accounting firm or multi-national corporate tax department

The annual base pay for this position is: $89,667.00 - $134,501.00

F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
