Are you passionate about working cross-functionally within a dynamic and growing organization? Are you passionate about taking retail media to the next level to drive growth in Walmart’s advertising business? In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing end-to-end processes to ensure in-store ads are consistently served. You will collaborate with teams across Walmart Connect, Walmart Store Operations, Facility Services, and third-party vendors to build strategies, plans, and best practices. Your focus will be on ensuring ads are live in stores and that any issues are promptly detected and resolved.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Partner with store operators and third parties to build and implement processes for keeping the TV screens and devices up and running across all the Walmart stores in US
Creates and optimize a store ads playbook for addressing detected issues. The model should outline issue types, root causes, and SLAs for fixes.
Source and manage third-party and in-house teams to address store issues, with the goal of minimizing downtime and P&L impact.
Partner with Legal and Procurement to execute third-party contracts.
Monitor the store ads dashboard, prioritize detected issues, and raise tickets and notify teams as required. Oversee both remote and manual fixes and ensure accountability for completion.
Ensure ads are served prior to Store Tours.
Demonstrate troubleshooting and prioritization skills to address active problems and build and maintain strategies to reduce future issues.

**2x/Month travel to stores should be expected
What You’ll Bring…
5+ years of program management, project management, store operations, site or retail experience
Experience working with third party vendors and creating contracts
Understand systems integrations and implications both upstream and downstream
Knowledge of Microsoft Tools and Systems
Desire to work in a fast-paced and, at times, challenging environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Project management and/or store operations experience
Experience working in and across large cross-functional teams/organizations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279:The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
