As part of the Digital Finance & Business Innovation organization, our team focuses on creating, configuring, and operating digital products, platforms, and solutions that facilitate Pfizer's core Business Innovation functions.
In your role as a Senior Associate functioning as a Solution Engineer, you will play a crucial part in propelling the transformation of Digital Business Innovation solutions into a holistic enterprise product. This technical role demands hands-on involvement in the development and integration of applications into the wider enterprise framework, utilizing technologies such as React JS, .NET, and GENAI. Working in collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for realizing solution delivery and improvements.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web front-end applications.
Collaborate with development teams to architect, build, and deploy React JS/.NET applications on AWS, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Execute detailed performance analysis and optimization of a website to boost speed and efficiency. Pinpoint areas that need enhancement and devise solutions to improve scalability and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the deployment and operation of React JS/.NET applications on AWS, collaborating with support and development teams as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as DevOps, software engineering, and data engineering, to ensure seamless integration and operation of React JS/.NET applications within the AWS cloud environment.
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for escalated technical issues, troubleshooting complex problems, and collaborating with support teams to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or similar field
3 years of demonstrated experience working in development and/or support team.
1 years of demonstrated experience with Web Front-End technologies.
Experience with ReactJS is essential. This includes understanding the principles as well as practical experience in building applications
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a must for any front-end developer
Understanding of .NET Framework, .NET Core, or ASP.NET
Knowledge of how to consume RESTful APIs is important
Experience with database technologies (Oracle, Postgres, MySQL, Aurora)
Experience with ETL technologies
Experience with source control platforms such as GitHub and expertise in leveraging GitHub Actions for CI\CD pipeline
Experience in building Docker images and container-based deployments on Kubernetes
Exposure to GENAI technologies
Exposure to DevOps processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
Ability to work independently and or in a global team setting across time zones
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Pharmaceutical life science domain experience
Familiar with SDLC/Agile methodologies
