The Position

Your key responsibilities

  • Develops, adapts and executes Access strategies to ensure that Access chapter can respond with the skills and capabilities to address key challenges and objectives of the portfolio on behalf of the organization.

  • Shape the environment for faster Access by actively engaging in industry associations(KRPIA, KoBIA) and Identifies trends and business opportunities related to patient access and relevant expertise.

  • Works constructively with Squad Leads and Chapter Leads to have the right people in the right place at the right time to deliver organizational priorities.

  • Coaches chapter members to develop technical skills and expertise and Understands the different strengths and skills of every chapter member in order to assess where they can best contribute to business needs. 

  • Enables the chapter to adopt agile ways of working, including collaboration, self-reflection, test and learn, iteration, customer-centred design and empowered decision-making 

  • Provide strategic advice/insight to Market Access Parner and internal stakeholders

  • Ensure appropriate prioritization, oversight & resource allocation to meet expected HTA requirements and access process in government (HIRA, NHIS, MOHW)  

  • Maintain/establish high quality partnership with market access related governments/Health authorities and other business stakeholders

 

Who you are

  • Strong market access-related experience and expertise commensurate with the expectations of the role 

  • Proficiency in planning and managing resources to deliver objectives 

  • Strength in agile working principles and methodologies 

  • Experience in people management/development and creating and delivering on a strategic vision 

  • Experience to develop and implement strategic plans across complex healthcare environments and to lead complex multidisciplinary teams and operating under ambiguity without a set playbook
