Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale Data Center and Critical Cooling projects. This role owns project execution end-to-end, from planning and procurement through construction, commissioning, and handover, with full responsibility for schedule, cost, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Project Execution Plan, including scope, resources, logistics, and risk management

• Plan and control project schedules and budgets, including cash flow, cost-to-complete, and variations

• Lead procurement of major mechanical equipment and long-lead items

• Manage site execution, subcontractors, and QA/QC to ensure compliance with design and international standards

• Lead design reviews, resolve RFIs, and coordinate across mechanical, electrical, and structural trades

• Drive Testing & Commissioning and support Integrated Systems Testing (IST) with clients

• Ensure complete handover documentation (as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties)

• Enforce strict EHS standards and lead safety initiatives on site

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline

• 7+ years’ experience in MEP/HVAC construction, with Data Center or critical infrastructure exposure

• Minimum 3 years managing complex projects valued at USD 5M+

• PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage
