Job Summary:
This pivotal role of Manufacturing & Supply Chain Talent Manager offers an exceptional opportunity for the ideal candidate to shape and cultivate the future talent within our Manufacturing, Supply Order to Delivery (MSOD) function. The role is an incubator for innovation and focuses on global talent at all levels, ensuring sustained growth and proactively building a robust talent pipeline for the future. The successful candidate will thrive in a matrixed environment, collaborating seamlessly with HR, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and business partners across the enterprise to develop and nurture talent for the MSOD function. Influencing without authority, strategic vision and intellectual curiosity are critical skills.

Summary Pay Range:
$165,960.00 - $248,880.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
