As a Digital Marketing Associate, your primary role is to manage the end-to-end delivery of team outputs. In this position, you will analyze and investigate accounts flagged by the system, utilizing your problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to consistently deliver value to our clients.

Job Description

• Be an expert in the request and retrieval of key data points and summaries from a wide range of vendor research agencies
• Ability to understand the goals and objectives of a research requester
• Identifying and executing opportunities for process improvement
• Proven ability to work autonomously
• Identifying and managing risk
• Display a fast-learning curve
• Ability to upskill and cross skill across a wide range of research tools
• Collaborating in a high-performance research team
• Data collection through secondary research using sources such as Industry reports, government publications, market studies, news articles, etc.

Job Qualifications

• Seeking for candidates with a Bachelor Degree or higher in Mathematics, Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Highly proficient in both English and Vietnamese, with excellent oral and written communication skills in both languages.
• Good ability to understand the request
• Excellent communication skills
• Good interpersonal relationship skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to analyze quantitative and/or qualitative data to identify relevant findings.
• Preferably 1 year experience in Secondary research/ Excel/ Marketing/ Back-end Operations and Digital Marketing domain
• Skilled at working both independently and in a team environment.
• Aspiration to constantly learn and improve
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
