About the role:
As our Commercial Product Manager, you will play a key role in pipeline projects as well as life cycle management of current product portfolio. We are a well-established, high performing Diabetes Sales team looking for a new team-member who has a “can-do” mindset and brings a toolkit of product management and device/pharma product development combined with commercial skills and understanding. In this role, as the commercial lead, you will manage product/program projects, secure cross functional alignment, master internal and external stakeholder management and problem solving – if these words resonate with you, please read on.
You will report to the Senior Diabetes Sales Director and the work location is Søborg, Denmark. Travel activity for this role is expected to be up to 30 days a year.
Your main duties and responsibilities:
About you:
You are a team player and a strong commercial product manager who actively engages the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner to get the task done - you identify with the phrase “better together”. You thrive in a busy environment and take lead to arrive at conclusions. You can work cross functionally and handle multiple projects and deadlines. You motivate others in the team to arrive at the conclusion – you achieve this by formulating the problem statement well and clear communication of objectives. You are often commended for being an analytical person by your peers.
To be truly successful in this position you will bring product management and commercial experience from medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
Qualifications:
Advanced degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent education combined with relevant experience in Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry
Strong experience in product management, device development highly preferred
Strong customer focus and cross-functional skills
Strong communication and presentation skills (oral/writing)
Prior B2B experience is a plus
Strong product management experience in combination with above

Travel requirements:
Travel activity for this role is expected to be up to 30 days a year.
