As a Solution Architect you will:

  • Collaborate closely with the Revenue Operations (RevOps), Engineering, and Product teams to define and implement seamless integrations with our partner ecosystem, ensuring scalable solutions that meet both internal and external customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain deep technical knowledge of TCP’s product offerings and how they integrate with partner systems to drive business growth.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (sales, product, engineering, and support) to design solutions that align with customer requirements and ensure successful integration.
  • Lead technical aspects of partner onboarding, including assessing partner capabilities, identifying integration requirements, and supporting integration testing.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to partners, ensuring alignment with product standards and resolving integration challenges.
  • Act as the primary technical advisor during partner engagement, assisting in sales efforts by providing demos, answering technical questions, and offering solutions to complex business problems.
  • Serve as the technical subject matter expert (SME) for partner integrations, helping to develop best practices, documentation, and training materials.
  • Support ongoing monitoring and optimization of partner integrations to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Work with the RevOps team to continuously improve integration processes, identify opportunities for automation, and streamline workflows.  

You are a strong fit for this role if you have: 

  • Extensive experience in a Solution Architect, Solutions Consulting, or Sales Engineering role in the HCM/HR Tech or Time & Labor space, preferably with experience in partner integrations or SaaS-based products.
  • Strong technical background, with experience in API integrations, data mapping, and technical architecture.
  • Expertise in building, managing, and supporting integrations with third-party partner platforms and systems.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, working closely with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing integration challenges.
  • A deep understanding of SaaS product ecosystems and how they integrate with external systems such as CRMs, ERPs, and other enterprise software.
  • A collaborative mindset with experience working in cross-departmental teams, especially with sales, product, and engineering.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
