Auterion is looking for an energetic hardware production lead to join our team, supporting our mission of enabling customers to manage a diverse fleet of autonomous vehicles. This role entails ensuring that Auterion’s hardware deliverables are met by leading manufacturing, supply chain and operational considerations.  We are at the forefront of cutting edge technology advancement, and this role is a key to our long term success as our product line scales.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and is able to enable fast iterations and accelerate business deliverables in the realm of hardware procurement and manufacturing.

Responsibilities and Duties 

  • Own the production process for hardware product lines. (defining timelines, mitigating risks, managing stakeholders, comms  etc.)
  • Own the operational aspects of Auterion’s hardware product lines (supply chain considerations, schematic management, service bulletins etc.)
  • Aid inventory management and coordinate with Customer Success accordingly, setting expectations and enabling order fulfillment.
  • Facilitate communication across hardware production topics, aligning stakeholders across sites and domains. 
  • Engaging directly with Auterion leadership, providing visibility regarding production concerns.
  • Responsible for daily supply chain operations such as, order fulfillment, import and export support, Handling ERP updates & Customer Order logistics.
  • Support local engineering and technical staff with Product Testing & Product Updates.
  • Serve as the primary local party responsible for updates to the corporate ERP. (e.g. Oracle NetSuite, Arena)

Qualifications and Skills 

  • 3-5 years of experience in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Operations or Project Management for hardware products.
  • Strong sense of ownership and an ability to coordinate work across multiple groups of stakeholders to unblock business deliverables.
  • Ability to effectively navigate ambiguity and lead across in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills both in the context of partner negotiations and internal coordination and alignment.
  • Prior experience with International air freight, cross-border trade, free zone operations, customs clearance etc.
  • Highly advantageous experience using an ERP, such as; Oracle NetSuite, Dynamics SL, SAP, Arena etc.
  • Fluency in German and English is an advantage.
  • EU citizenship required.
