Job Description: Project Acceleration Specialist

Department: Commercial Innovation

Reports To: Asia and Mobile Innovation Lead

Location: Shanghai China

Utilizing design thinking methodologies, we focus on identifying pain points from the perspectives of healthcare professionals (HCP) and patients to drive impactful changes and solutions.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented member to join our team. This role will be crucial in managing the execution of various innovation projects, particularly during the test phases. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and with the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:

   - Oversee the execution of innovation projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
   - Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, tasks and deliverables.
   - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

   - Detail oriented with patient tracking manner.

Quality Control:
   - Implement innovation processes and gate review to ensure project outcomes meet predefined standards.
   - Monitor project activities to identify and mitigate risks from project and cross-project perspective that could impact project quality or timelines.

Progress Tracking:
   - Track project progress and provide regular updates to the commercial innovation team and stakeholders.
   - Prepare and present detailed reports on project status, highlighting key achievements and areas of concern.

Stakeholder Management:
   - Serve as one of the primary contact for project-related inquiries.
   - Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and external partners.

Resource Management:
   - Allocate and manage resources effectively to ensure project goals are met.
   - Identify and address resource constraints and dependencies

Continuous Improvement:
   - Identify opportunities for innovation process improvements and implement best practices in innovation project management.
   - Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and integrate them into future projects.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within innovation or commercial projects.
- Relevant understanding of design thinking and innovation methodologies
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

- English language skill is required

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the healthcare industry, specifically with HCPs and patients.

- More than 5 years working experience in project management/execution related position
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
