We’re seeking an experienced and innovative Principal Product Designer to join the Life360 Product Design team at a pivotal moment in our growth. As part of our newly formed Ads Operating Group, you’ll help build an ad and promotions platform from-the-ground-up that delivers meaningful value to families while driving membership and revenue growth. This is a zero-to-one opportunity for a visionary designer who thrives on experimentation, scalability, and crafting intuitive, impactful experiences.
In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end design of advertising systems that feel seamless, respectful, and valuable. You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to define strategies, prototype innovative ideas, and iterate using data insights. Your work will balance business goals with user needs, ensuring that ads enhance — rather than interrupt — Life360 members’ experiences.

The US-based salary range for this position is $162,000-$238,500. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary - therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.
