Project Role : Database Administrator
Project Role Description : Administer, develop, test, or demonstrate databases. Perform many related database functions across one or more teams or clients, including designing, implementing and maintaining new databases, backup/recovery and configuration management. Install database management systems (DBMS) and provide input for modification of procedures and documentation used for problem resolution and day-to-day maintenance.
Must have skills : ServiceNow Human Resource Service Management (HR)
Good to have skills : Google Cloud Functions

Summary: Define, architect/design and deliver HRSD integration solution according to business requirements - Responsible for the technical specification and implementation of the ServiceNow integration across other systems (Bi-direction integrations) Thorough understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes with proven track record in ITSM. Experience with ITSM software (ServiceNow, BMC, JIRA, OTR etc.) Develops the Service Catalogues, Dashboards, automations with technical solutions, implement them and performs the component integration tests Handle architectural role in ServiceNow area. Analyse current technologies used within the target project and determine ways to improve by implementing ServiceNow and its architecture Roles & Responsibilities: Provide technical consultation to our clients in terms of using ServiceNow best practices for implementations and ongoing operations -Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications. Hands-on experience working with relational databases. -Lead and govern end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, migrations, transformation projects using onshore, offshore and nearshore models -Establish enterprise wide best-practices and IT thought leadership in Service Management, Service Integration and Management, Intelligent Automation Platform and Robotic Process Automation Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Management (HR). - Good To Have Skills: Implement complex ServiceNow solutions for our clients in all applications/modules such as ITSM, HRSD, -Lead & investigate complex technical issues and review code as required -Account for possible project challenges on constraints including, risks, time, resources and scope -Work closely with project management teams to successfully monitor technical progress of ServiceNow implementations and maintenance/administration tasks - Strong understanding of database management systems and concepts. - Experience in designing and implementing database solutions. - Familiarity with configuration management and version control tools. - Ability to optimize database performance and troubleshoot issues. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
