Job Summary

The HP peripherals organization is embarking on their next chapter – HP Peripheral 2.0. This HP Peripheral 2.0 vision is to create an ecosystem of peripherals that enhance productivity, empower creativity, and improve well-being for the Hybrid Workers at home, on-the-go and in the office. Given the critical nature of this vision, HP is looking for a Senior Product Manager for its HP Branded peripherals Product Management team. This is an individual contributor with a seasoned product planning and management experience who will be responsible for shaping and driving the market leadership of HP Branded Peripherals.

This role is responsible for defining, planning, and executing the product strategy, establishing, and delivering product roadmap and portfolio. You will collaborate with various teams to deliver peripherals solutions, particularly in Keyboard and Mice categories, that delight customers and meet business goals.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement product & portfolio strategy, product roadmap, new ideas, business cases, innovative products with differentiated experiences

  • Establish shared vision across the organization by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution

  • Determine nature and scope of product lines by designing the product specifications and requirements, appraising new and innovative product ideas

  • Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and adoption

  • Determine product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs; anticipating volume,

  • Bring new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs; preparing return-on-investment analyses; establishing time schedules with engineering,

  • Closely collaborate with world-wide Marketing team to promote HP Peripherals value proposition and branding awareness to customers


Education & Experience Recommended

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Planning and Product Management,

  • Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management, user experience design, and market analysis.

  • Product management knowledge and experience in Hubs, Dongle and Power categories will be preferred.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration, influencing, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated, independent, and analytical with a proven track record of driving product innovation and market success.

  • Ability to understand market trends, interpret financial data, and gather comprehensive product feedback.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.

  • Fluent in English.
