Job Description

  • Develop and execute eCommerce strategies to drive sales growth on Shopee and Lazada.
  • Lead acquisition efforts across Facebook, Shopee, Lazada and affiliate channels.
  • Plan and manage key campaigns (e.g., flash sales, double day), adjusting budgets based on sales trends.
  • Build relationships with key account managers to ensure the smooth campaign execution.
  • Optimize store setup, including product listings, pricing, banners, and inventory, while staying updated on platform policies and tools.
  • Identify potential partnership or collaboration opportunities for marketing campaigns.

Paid Media

  • Manage paid media efforts, including CPAS, Platform Ads, and affiliate marketing to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Allocate budget and run A/B testing to optimize key metrics (CTR, CVR, AOV, ROAS).

Operations & Logistics

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of the eCommerce platforms, ensuring an optimal user experience.
  • Manage inventory by coordinating between online and offline stock levels and ensure proper implementation of promotional mechanisms (e.g., bundles, discounts, vouchers).
  • Work closely with the logistics and fulfilment team to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Provide regular performance analysis against forecasts, adjusting strategies as needed to meet objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed reports on sales performance, traffic, and conversion metrics for internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience managing eCommerce platforms such as Shopee or Lazada.
  • Proficiency in eCommerce tools, platform ads (e.g., CPAS), and affiliate marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience tracking and optimizing performance metrics
