Job Summary

Responsible for developing a monthly forecast for the full materials need of the division and providing financial analysis and tracking to all levels of the organization. Responsible for providing a variety of financial data to division and headquarter management. Will be expected to work closely with the division, regions, and headquarters to ensure the materials forecast is aligned to the capital forecast. Will integrate knowledge of capital management, supply management, and network infrastructure to be effective. Acts as a key contributor in a complex and crucial environment. May lead teams or projects and share expertise.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Provides budget, forecast and variance analysis and related reports as needed.
  • Conducts financial research, analyzes financial performance against objectives and determines emerging financial trends.
  • Provides rationale behind reports and analysis and relays them in simple terms.
  • Creates, supervises and maintains statistical/financial databases and reports. Runs appropriate weekly, monthly and annual reports.
  • Available for mentoring and guiding junior Financial Analysts.
  • Performs additional Business Operations duties and tasks as required.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Compensation

This job can be performed in Maryland with a Pay Range of $83,246.58 - $137,356.86

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
