Leidos currently has an opening for a Product Support Analyst with the DIABLO program to support the Project Director Sensors-Aerial Intelligence in fielding life cycle services for its portfolio of sensors across multiple intelligence areas such as electro-optical/infrared, signals intelligence, geospatial intelligence and measurement and signature intelligence.  This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the Leidos Integrated Airborne Solutions Division.

What’s in it for you?

The Product Support Analyst is responsible for leading efforts to develop reports and analyze Performance-Based Logistics (PBL) metrics such as reliability, availability, and maintainability deliverables for the DIABLO Program which include maintaining the health of the following programs/reports:

THE CHALLENGE (primary responsibilities)

  • Responsible for Reliability and Maintainability Predictions Report.

  • Responsible for maintaining health of Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortage (DMSMS) management program and developing health analysis report.

  • Proactive DMSMS analysis and research.

  • Analyze maintenance and failure data for trends, support root cause analysis, and work with technical SMEs to refine preventive maintenance as determined necessary.

  • Support development and update of Provisioning Technical Data (PTD) and Product Support Analysis.

  • Assist with updates to operations and maintenance manuals.

  • Support development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Quick Reference Cards (QRC), and Program Directives to aid in completion of tasks in a uniform fashion across multiple entities.

WHAT SETS YOU APART (basic qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree and two (2) to (4) years’ experience with Logistics or Product Support Management; additional years of experience may be considered.

  • Experience briefing and developing reports for executive leadership, excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to implement a response to urgent requirements.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.

  • Must be a US Citizen.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experienced with supportability analysis (MTA, FMECA, FTA, LORA).

  • Management experience developing PBL metrics reports.

  • Experience using technical manuals and maintenance instructions to respond to failure types.

  • Experience managing projects with cross functional teams.

  • Understanding of performance-based logistics metrics, reliability, availability, supportability analysis and reporting, provisioning, and sustainment engineering reports.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $50,700.00 - $91,650.00
