Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide L1–L2 technical support for infrastructure, systems, and applications in production and development environments, both remotely and onsite, following defined operating models and processes. Act as the primary interface with users/clients to accurately diagnose issues and deliver effective resolutions across infrastructure, operating systems, networks, and application platforms, ensuring service stability and quality support.

Summary:
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will engage in a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth operation of production and development systems. Your typical day will involve providing technical support and maintenance for software products and services across different platforms. You will work both remotely and onsite, addressing issues as they arise and ensuring that all systems operate within defined models and processes. Your role will also include troubleshooting hardware and software problems, implementing technology solutions, and collaborating with team members to enhance system performance and reliability.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the documentation of technical processes and procedures to enhance team knowledge.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM WebSphere MQ.
- Strong understanding of messaging systems and middleware technologies.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving issues in distributed systems.
- Familiarity with server and network configurations and management.
- Ability to implement and maintain software solutions across various platforms.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in IBM WebSphere MQ.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
