Position Overview

We’re looking for a talented Senior Product Manager to join the Workflow Engine Platform team in Bangalore who has a combination of strong technical and business understanding, solid analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent inter-personal skills and facilitating techniques.
As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll be leading platform-wide initiatives to expand and accelerate our construction product line and address some of the biggest pain points in the construction process. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders such as Product Managers, development teams, customers, and 3rd parties in order to understand, analyze, refine, prioritize, and communicate their needs to ensure that the engineering team fully understands the project scope, objectives, and requirements. Other product teams worldwide will leverage your initiatives to accelerate their efforts and deliver value to their customers.

Responsibilities

  • Research, analyze and generate detailed requirements to address different needs of internal teams and customers

  • Define product goals and KPIs, then measure and drive adoption

  • Strategize, Ideate, define, and own business processes workflow engine, which is customizable and integrated across the Autodesk Construction Cloud portfolio, utilizing APIs and user interface components for both web and mobile platforms.   • Work with UX and development teams closely to implement solutions based on the requirements you defined

  • Facilitate an advisory board to foster strong relationships with teams and customers worldwide, ensuring their needs are reflected in our solutions. Lead Agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog management, and user story creation, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams

  • You will be an evangelist for your programs, driving awareness, understanding metrics, and course-correcting as needed

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years as a Product Manager in the Software industry, preferably with platform experience in a company developing cloud solutions for business process management

  • B.S. or M.S. in an Engineering/software field or with related experience

  • High technical fluency, with the ability to understand and discuss programming and software architecture concepts, consider trade-offs, and consolidate multiple requirements into flexible, platform solutions

  • Demonstrated ability to drive decisions, proactively communicate with stakeholders, and lead teams toward successful execution

  • Proven track record of taking initiative and driving long-term projects to completion with minimal supervision

  • A collaborative person by nature, persuasive, encouraging, and motivating at all levels of interaction

  • Being a self-starter and taking initiative; able to take high-level direction and drive teams towards execution. Someone who thrives on autonomy and has experience driving long-term projects to completion

  • Excellent English

  • Willingness to travel to meet internal stakeholders and customers abroad

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with large-scale distributed and platform systems

  • Experience with people management

  • Familiarity or background in construction or architectural space a huge advantage
