The Manager, Process & Documentation will be responsible for managing process improvement initiatives and developing new documentation. This role will also be responsible for reviewing existing processes and working cross functionally to identify opportunities for improvements. This individual will work closely with all members of the Sales team members and leaders within the organization. They will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
A successful candidate will ensure a consistent look and feel of documentation and seamless accessibility of documents as needed to provide high-quality experiences for all. The role reports to the AVP of Sales Enablement.

Essential Responsibilities:
Manage multiple projects related to process improvement, training material, and documentation efforts
Develop and maintain standard documenting procedures and best practices
Work with stakeholders to build team process-related notebooks and playbooks.
Establish partnership with the Sales PMO and support documentation as needed through projects.
Continuously audit and update Sales related documents.
Lead quality control reviews for departmental procedures and processes, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement across all operations.
Work collaboratively with managers and colleagues across the sales organization to ensure that the department’s operations and information management align with internal and external needs and expectations.
Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in a related field preferred and/or 2+ years of equivalent work experience
Familiarity with document management systems and software, such as Google Suites, Salesforce, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
Proven experience in document control
Strong and concise written and verbal skills
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience Interpreting instructional and technical documentation
K-12 education experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
What we offer:
Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a 401(k) plan, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross annualized salary range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000. This role is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
