Project Coordinator

Full Time, Permanent Role

Salary up to £25,000 per annum

Would you like to be part of an Award-winning nationwide company? Located in Basingstoke, Mears Housing Management are looking to recruit a Project Coordinator.

About the Role:

As a Project Coordinator you will be working with our Senior Management Team, managing/coordinating assigned projects. Your will also work closely with the Performance Analyst supporting with report writing and data analysis.

You will be part of a local team supporting high standard Project Coordination for reporting activities relating to Private Rental properties and occupants, delivering accurate and timely data, reports and analysis that supports best in class service delivery. This is an office based role at our Basingstoke branch.

  • Run, interrogate and distribute, scheduled reports.
  • Manage business development objectives through effective project management, providing support to key stakeholders; organising and attending meetings, accurately recording outcome and actions and communicating delays or risks that jeopardise timescales or outcomes
  • Ensuring KPI data is supplied, maintained, and updated for planned monthly reports/feedback on Mitigations in line with contractual agreed deadlines.
  • Support the Performance Analyst with data integrity checking, report production and schedule.
  • Ensure the customer reports are accurate, and provides relevant, and incorporates all appropriate teams/departments input and reflect current contractual requirements and processes.
  • Follow and support policies, procedures, initiatives, and work instructions and keep all supplied company assets in a good condition in line with the company policies and report to your manager where damages occur.
  • Provide back up to other project staff and executive administrator, covering any absences and attend informal and formal company & client meetings.
  • Future aspiration is to deliver pre-prepared training sessions as required.

Role Criteria:

  • IT Literate with knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages especially Excel
  • Good written and verbal communicator
  • Customer Service experience
  • Resilience and ability to managing differing priorities
  • Good time management, planning and organisational skills​
