We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supervisor of Operations to oversee the daily activities of our automotive title processing team. The ideal candidate will have experience with operational efficiency, and team leadership. This role is critical in ensuring smooth workflows, compliance with state and federal regulations, and exceptional customer service to our clients. Meeting the daily production volume levels for our clients is not only a crucial part of success in this position but is the standard of the PDP Group business model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of title specialists, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and adherence to company policies.
  • Workflow Management: Oversee the end-to-end automotive title process, including the preparation, submission, and tracking of title documents to ensure timely completion.
  • Compliance Oversight: Ensure all operations comply with applicable state and federal title regulations, staying up to date on changes in laws and industry standards.
  • Training and Development: Provide continuous development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Problem Resolution: Act as the point of escalation for complex title issues, working with internal and external stakeholders to resolve problems effectively.
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and improve overall operations.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team, providing feedback and recommendations to improve outcomes.
  • Client Relationship Management: Work closely with clients, dealerships, and state agencies to maintain strong relationships and provide excellent service.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations, or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity. Auto Title industry experience a plus but not required.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of automotive title processes and state/federal regulations preferred but not required.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Proficiency with title management software a plus but not required.
