Product & Architecture Leadership
Define and own the end-to-end architecture for product platforms using ReactJS (frontend) and .NET / .NET Core (backend).
Translate product requirements and business capabilities into scalable, modular, and extensible architecture designs.
Act as the technical authority for architecture decisions, design patterns, and technology choices.
Drive architecture reviews, design walkthroughs, and technical governance forums.

Frontend Architecture (ReactJS)
Design and govern ReactJS application architecture, including component design, state management, routing, and performance optimization.
Establish best practices for reusable components, design systems, and UI consistency.
Ensure frontend solutions meet performance, accessibility, and security standards.
Guide teams on modern React patterns (hooks, context, micro frontends where applicable).

Backend Architecture (.NET)
Design backend services using .NET / .NET Core, including RESTful APIs and microservices.
Define service boundaries, API contracts, and integration patterns.
Ensure backend solutions are scalable, secure, resilient, and cloud ready.
Guide teams on clean architecture, SOLID principles, and domain driven design (DDD).

- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance web applications using React.js.
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management techniques.
- Familiarity with front-end build tools and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Ability to integrate React.js applications with backend services and APIs.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in React.js.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
