What you will do 

Leads a team of Detailers who design Custom Air Handling units to Customer specific requirements, within the limits of the Manufacturing facility.    

This Manager is responsible for the success of the team in addition to contributing to the objectives of the AHU Business.  They will have technical, commercial and schedule responsibilities for the team and will coordinate activities with Manufacturing, Engineering, and programing.  This position is a blend of working Designer/PO Lead, Project Manager, Coach, Supervisor and Facilitator.

What we look for

Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field of study.

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in AHU design or in a related field.

• Great leadership skills with a proven record of developing people and building teams.

• Approximately 10% travel, some international travel may be required.
