Dataiku is looking for an advisor to be part of our Business Transformation practice. This is an exciting opportunity to provide strategic guidance to customers as they scale-up with Dataiku. The Business Transformation team operates as a consulting team to transform Dataiku from software vendor to strategic partner. Our mission is three-fold:
  • Develop and showcase key insights into the business value that customers can achieve (and have achieved) through Dataiku
  • Support all customer facing teams in delivering quantified value conversations with our customers.
  • Advise customers on their AI strategy execution and operating model design
Dataiku is on a rapid growth path, doubling its customers year on year. It operates globally, with a strong base in the Americas, Europe, and Asia. This position reports to the Business Transformation Americas Lead.
 
In this role, you will:
  • Own the creation and delivery of persuasive executive-level presentations to customers as well as internal stakeholders, articulating compelling value stories, based on a business case.
  • Develop the case for change, including the quantified business value of Dataiku, by capturing and assimilating customer objectives, pain points and use cases.
  • Support our customers in accelerating value creation through capture and dissemination of value stories and recommendations on operating model design.
  • Conduct effective discovery sessions with executive, technical/Data Science and business personas.
  • Provide thought leadership on business value to sales and delivery teams.
  • Deliver tailored organizational and change recommendations on the topics of scaling analytics & AI and business transformation to executive leaders.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Sales Enablement to develop and deliver enablement programs on how GTM can leverage value content and collateral.
  • Create analytical models, Develop and standardize our in-house toolkit & methodologies.
  • Collect and measure metrics to establish trends and benchmarks.
  • Build programmatic content for customer facing teams.
  • In addition, you will also be playing a key role to co-ordinate and ensure success of GTM programs across all GTM functions.
You may be a great fit if you have:
  • Experience in a value engineering role (2-4 years), value-based presales/sales engineering role (3-5 years), or strategic/digital consulting (3-5 years).
  • Strong financial analysis and modeling of ROI and TCO concepts to justify business cases. Ability to demonstrate practical use of ROI metrics.
  • Business and technical acumen with the ability to add value to discussions involving technology and business stakeholders at large organizations.
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities, including presenting to C-suite executives with credibility and charisma. You will use this every single day!
  • Self-starter who can deal with ambiguity and is comfortable owning and executing initiatives, while collaborating across functional teams.
  • Worked on AI/Data science or digital transformational projects, or working within or closely to an analytics team.
  • Business process experience in any of the following: 
    • Financials 
    • Performance Management 
    • Project Management 
    • Risk Management 
    • Procurement 
    • Product Lifecycle Management 
    • Supply Chain Planning 
    • Logistics & Manufacturing
  • Industry experience in any of the following:
    • Financial Services
    • Life Sciences
    • Manufacturing
    • Retail
    • Telecommunications
    • Logistics
  • Experience in a multicultural environment.
  • Undergraduate degree; preferably in a quantitative field (e.g. computer science, engineering, operations research, mathematics or similar field) 
  • MBA is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Alteryx, SAS is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (bonus points for Spanish/Portuguese!)
  • Federal security clearance is a plus.
  • Experience at a high-growth company is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The final compensation package for this role will be determined during the interview process and is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, geographic location, internal equity, education, skill set, experience and training. Eligible roles may also be entitled to receive commission or other variable compensation through Dataiku's incentive compensation program.
