  • Act as a business owner, leader and primary internal contact that drives all UCITS and QIF product-improvement initiatives forward, including but not limited to changes to workflows, database maintenance, adaptation to new regulatory challenges, policy updates, vendor changes, etc.
  • Provide value-add analysis and organized execution of UCITS and QIF related projects in collaboration with all pertinent business functions, including the investment desk, risk, operations, fund admin support and PGIM Investments
  • Timely maintenance of internal educational product support materials
  • Write and distribute meeting summary and project status notes, when necessary

What you will bring:

  • 8+ years of experience in asset management, which demonstrate increasing levels of responsibility
  • UCITS, QIF industry knowledge and experience
  • Strong understanding of commingled fund vehicles, both public and private
  • Strong understanding of the role and responsibilities of the various asset management support functions
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts and fixed income experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong project management experience and detail-orientation
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills
  • Clear communication (written and verbal) with proven ability to easily collaborate with all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Undergraduate degree required

*We know not everyone will meet 100% of the requirements, however we encourage you to apply if you think your skills are a good fit for this role.
