The Citi Program Management Council (CPMC) is responsible for setting the strategic direction of Program and Project Management Governance at Citi through the establishment of, and monitoring compliance to, the Citi Program and Project Management Policy and Standard.  The CPMC Governance & Standards pillar establishes and defines minimum requirements for the Citi Program and Project Management Policy and Standards.  Within that pillar the Enterprise Process Quality Assurance (EPQA) task force provides Senior management an objective insight of the quality of the Program and Project’s processes and their associated work products.

As an EPQA Program Manager - Reporting Analyst you will apply in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required.

As a Program Manager - Reporting Analyst you will:

  • Establish consistent processes and tools for reporting, collaboration and communication
  • Lead efforts for ad hoc information gathering, analysis, or recurring management processes to assure a process, activity or ongoing response is performed.  
  • Develop excellent working relationships with internal governance function heads.  Deep understanding of the Org PMO information flow. Demonstrate the ability to challenge or persuade change to any Org PMO processes.
  • Participate at Org PMO meetings as required.  Present at Org PMO Full Team meetings, Function PMO Lead Meetings and “Ask Me Anything” when required.
  • Provide reporting and analysis in clear, concise communications; prepare presentation decks using executive messaging techniques.
  • Develop relationships with CPMC personnel, taskforces and the PM Tool team.   Assist with tool roll out and ongoing functionality updates.  
  • Excellent understanding of the PM Procedure and ability to perform independent assessment of a work effort or process.
  • Challenge or present an independent, challenging view to the PM Community with clarity on what good, compliant or fit-for-purpose artifacts look like. 
  • Communicate any changes in the processes to the team and support them as its required
  • Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
  • Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing data from the PM tools and templates periodically
  • Support audit requests conducted by Internal or External Audit

The following skills are required:

  • Experience - Minimum 7-8+ years of experience in the Financial Services including 5 years of Program Management, Reporting and Quality Assurance
  • Microsoft Skills: Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Project
  • Education - Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with leading and motivating direct or virtual teams, including collaborating across time zones

Experience in any of the following would be an advantage:

  • PMP Certification
  • Tableau experience
  • Quality Assurance Certification

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$103,920.00 - $155,880.00
