  • As a Software Support Engineer at Qualtrics, you will build simple solutions to solve hard customer use cases or engineering scalability problems. Things You’ll Do
  • Develop scalable, fast, robust, and rich web-based methods to solve complex business problems using the latest front-end technologies and distributed system concepts
  • Implement new features and optimize existing ones to drive maximum performance
  • Attend daily stand-up meetings, collaborate with your peers, prioritize features, and work with a sense of urgency to deliver value to your customers
  • Drive clarity in business and technical requirements and evolve them into technical designs.
  • Work with design and product teams to understand needs, propose features, create early prototypes and transform them into exciting end consumer features.
  • Architect efficient and reusable front-end systems that drive complex web applications
  • Contribute to the professional development of colleagues, improving their technical knowledge as well as the engineering best practices on your team.
  • Have technical impact (including Quality) that spans an Engineering organization’s technology portfolio across multiple teams or depth of impact that significantly advances mission-critical systems.
What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
  • Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in Computer Science or related
  • 2-7 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with single page application technologies such as AngularJS, React, nodejs, Amazon Web Services (S3, dynamodb, documentdb etc)
  • Strong level of curiosity and interest to learn
  • Strong algorithms, data structures and coding background
  • Disciplined approach to testing and quality assurance
  • Experience with web infrastructure and distributed systems
  • Experience with software engineering standard methodologies (e.g. unit testing, code reviews, design document)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile development environment and to learn new frameworks/stacks
  • Confirmed ability to understand large systems, drilling down to code level
  • Experience in performance engineering of web application

  • Our human interface is built using the latest Angular framework with TypeScript language.
  • As a Senior Engineer in the XMD team, you will be applying your distributed systems knowledge, familiarity with frontend development, databases, and leading edge ML algorithms to create world class software.. 
  • We are adopted by 1000s of enterprise customers, we ingest and process billions of records and execute billions of actions to improve experiences across multiple channels.

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
