Qualifications:

• Leadership Skills: Ability to supervise and manage a team effectively to achieve job goals.

• Financial Acumen: Experience in managing expenses and ensuring proper allocation of resources.

• Policy Promotion: Capability to promote company policies and reach established goals while adhering to corporate values.

• Auditing Expertise: Proficiency in setting benchmarks for auditing 5S and SWS, focusing on eliminating wastes in the production process and fostering continuous improvement.

• Problem-Solving: Participation in cultivating a Stop To Fix culture, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills. C

• ontinuous Improvement: Contribution to team steering and Continuous Improvement (CI) projects.

• Training Skills: Ability to train new employees in crane operations.

Basic Qualifications

• Vocational certificate and Level up in related filed.

• Ability to work several shifts
