Job Description Qualifications:

Introduction:

The Operations Tool Store Operative role is designed to provide direct control and supervision of tools and aircraft equipment required during Aircraft Maintenance, Major Repairs and Modification work of aircraft transferred to Boeing.

Required Competencies:

• The ability to apply both their technical knowledge and human factors (HF) knowledge, with regard to assessing the requirements against the individual tasks being undertaken.
• A good communicator, with a demonstrable ability to communicate the technical work requirements to others.
• Possesses knowledge of MAA Regulatory Articles (RA), MAA Regulatory Publication (MRP) Part 145, BDUK Part 145 MOE, aviation Quality Assurance (QA) and Safety Management System (SMS) and application of these requirements within their area of accountability, responsibility and authority.
• Is capable of working and communicating with management levels, cross functional areas and the customer effectively.
• Is capable and experienced in sequencing and controlling demanding workloads, on time, to budget and to the required standard.

Work Authorisation:

This requisition is for a locally hired position in the UK. Candidates must have current legal authorisation to work immediately in the United Kingdom. Security Clearance: This position requires the ability to obtain a UK security clearance (SC) for which UK residency is required. All information will be checked and verified.
