HP Industrial Print SW & Solutions (IPSS)
IPSS strategy is to deliver Intelligent Automation to our Industrial Print customers. A key enabler to this strategy is our IPSS platform which is critical to IPSS but also to HP's Large Format and 3D businesses. The Technical Product/Program Manager will help drive the direction of the IPSS platform, work with internal partners to define/refine requirements, work closely with marketing and R&D teams on evolution of the IPSS platform. The IPSS Platform is comprised of infrastructure (kubernetes clusters, various AWS services), a set of microservices that internal developers use to build customer facing applications, and a set of internal/customer facing applications that are shared across all HP businesses that are users of PrintOS.
We are on the hunt for a skilled Technical Product/Program manager that can manage requirements at the product and technical level. The ideal candidate will play a key role in program managing the IPSS platform and also performing technical requirements management for the IPSS platform product. The candidate will collaborate closely with developers, various levels of management, marketing that spans IPSS/LF/3D to provide a platform to our customers and internal applications team that are developing Intelligent Automation solutions.

Job Summary
This role is responsible for hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases of a software feature, solution, or product. The role drives the orchestration of various technical projects and fosters innovation through effective leadership, communication, and technical acumen. The role serves as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, driving the successful execution of technical projects that contribute to the organization's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
Plays a critical role in the planning and execution of the organization's most complex and visible technical projects or programs in support of the continuing evolution of the organization's software products.
Defines the overall vision, strategy, and roadmap to address the problems/opportunities in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
Reaches across functions or departments to mitigate program risks and resolves issues that affect release, scope, schedule, and quality.
Drives and tracks software releases, features and bug fixes, testing, and documentation.
Engages with stakeholders to provide updates, gather requirements, and manage expectations.
Allocates resources, including personnel and budgets, to ensure project teams have the necessary support to achieve objectives.
Ensures that project deliverables meet established quality standards and are aligned with business and technical requirements.
Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
Education & Experience Recommended
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in program/project management, scrum master, professional technology organization, or a related field.

The base pay range for this role is $137,000 to $211,000 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
