Job Summary

The Red Hat Marketing team is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to join us in Mexico City, Mexico. In this role, you will develop and carry out key campaigns and programs to generate demand, promote revenue, and build brand awareness for Red Hat. You'll work closely with the broader cross-functional regional marketing team to deploy and carry out integrated campaigns, as well as manage events and help sales teams with pipeline generation. You will interact with the Regional Demand Center to gain visibility for global marketing campaigns, programs, and initiatives that can be adapted to the region, ensuring that regional needs are fulfilled and all goals are aligned and acknowledged. You'll need to have excellent communication and coordination skills, ability to create comprehensive programs, proven project management experience, and expertise working with and directly supporting field sales and services teams.

What you will do:

  • Manage the strategy and initiatives that align with the regional services, sales, and marketing goals

  • Carry out, develop, and implement marketing programs and sales campaigns to promote demand generation, product and services awareness, and market share

  • Collaborate with Red Hat sales teams to develop and carry out activities to help promote revenue

  • Support the development and implementation of launch plans across the region

  • Work with the Sales and cross area teams to develop marketing materials that effectively position Red Hat’s solutions and services across the region

  • Work with territories and strategic account teams to promote Red Hat's offerings and cross-sell and upsell programs

  • Own, identify, communicate, and deploy new and planned marketing activities to help sales and services teams achieve their goals, activities, and routes, including digital campaigns, emailing campaigns, in-person events, webinars, speaking engagements, media, etc.

  • Own, track, and present campaign and event results, measuring program success and reporting metrics.

  • Manage the financial budget for regional field marketing activities

  • Coordinate and work with external vendors and agencies to expand program fulfillment, awareness and PR efforts, and events production

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 8+ years of B2B program marketing experience, preferably in the technology field; enterprise infrastructure software marketing experience is a plus

  • Record of promoting campaign and marketing program results

  • Experience building and managing marketing programs

  • Positive attitude and good work ethic; great organizational and communication skills

  • Understanding of sales needs, different stages of the customer buying cycle, campaign metrics and analysis, and market intelligence resources

  • Ability to demonstrate leadership and creativity

  • Fluent language skills in English

  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
