Job Summary:

Oversees and directs production operations for Trim & Probe manufacturing organization. Lead production operations, coordinate production staff and equipment, and ensure the quality and profitability of products. Majorly involve in daily/weekly production schedule planning which consists of a high-mix low-volume product.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with production teams to ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of products. Work with planners to analyze demand inputs and develop production tasks and schedule. Attend team meetings to discuss about production status and ongoing problems. Develop new and cost-effective ways to improve quality and productivity. This could include developing new ways of manufacturing, improving existing manufacturing processes, providing additional training, or adopting better manufacturing processes.

Understands engineering and planning concepts underlying test product manufacturing and the processes and equipment involved. Optimize production loading to ensure equipment are fully utilized and OEE is achieved per the planned production hours. Promotes and adheres to Company’s commitment on corporate social responsibility.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Operation Management/equivalent relevant experience
