We are seeking for a Global Marketing Manager Swine to lead our strategic marketing initiatives globally, focusing on the swine species. This role involves developing and executing targeted marketing strategies, driving product innovation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a robust marketing background in animal health and nutrition, strong leadership skills, and a track record of achieving significant business growth. Responsibilities:
Develop Global Marketing Strategies: Craft and execute global marketing strategies for swine, ensuring alignment with business unit objectives and market needs.
Lead Product Innovation: Collaborate with innovation teams to drive the development and differentiation of new products and services in the swine sector.
Enhance Business Performance: Implement commercial strategies to improve market share, sales volume, and profitability specific to the swine market.
Guide Marketing Execution: Direct the creation and implementation of market plans across business units, focusing on the core portfolio for swine.
Conduct Market Research: Perform in-depth research to understand customer behaviors, preferences, and emerging trends within the swine industry.
Manage and Develop Team: Lead the strategic marketing team for swine, set performance objectives, provide mentorship, and support professional growth.
Budget Oversight: Oversee the management of sales and marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and monitoring of expenditures to achieve financial targets.
Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams including Product Development, Regulatory Affairs, and Operations to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and strategic alignment.
Monitor and Report Performance: Set key performance indicators for marketing activities, track their success, and adjust strategies as necessary to meet business objectives.
Qualification & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Demonstrated experience in strategic marketing roles, particularly in the animal health and nutrition industry with a focus on swine.
Track record of success in management roles within commercial or technical sales environments.
Strong leadership capabilities, able to motivate and lead diverse teams.
Advanced skills in market research, data analysis, and the application of analytics in marketing strategy.
Proven ability to craft and execute marketing strategies that significantly impact business growth and profitability.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at relationship building and stakeholder management.
Experience with budget management and financial oversight.
Background in the agriculture, food, or consumer goods industry is advantageous.
