We’re looking for an experienced partner marketing leader who can help us rebuild a new functional team responsible for driving Nike’s global wholesale marketing direction! The ideal candidate is an innovative, consumerist, creative, people-first leader who will dream and drive a new standard for storytelling in our wholesale and omnichannel environments. This leader understands the dynamics and trade-offs of business-to-business (B2B) relationships, possesses excellent communication skills, and consistently seeks effective solution solutions.
No two days will look the same as you collaborate with various cross-functional partners to continually innovate and enhance the end-to-end marketing experience in multi-brand environments. Your team, in tight partnership with a retail brand and creative teams, will be responsible for balancing the art and science of marketing: understanding our partner’s business opportunities & needs, obsessing their consumer and driving distinctive, Nike-only storytelling and experiences across the marketplace.
You will lead a team responsible for setting the long-term vision and standard for partner marketing around the world, and drive that vision through to seasonal execution around the globe. You will ensure global direction and standards are developed with and for Geography Partner Marketing teams to support adoption, localization, and execution. Your partnership with Visual Merchandising and Experience teams will ensure we are crafting for the unique needs of critical partners and balancing the needs for partner distinction with the Nike brand consistency we need across the globe. Your deep integration with Global Digital Marketing will ensure meaningful, robust & connected consumer journeys with omnichannel efforts that support one brand experience across the ecosystem.
You will report to the Vice President of Global Retail Marketing and collaborate closely across that team as well as with Global Digital Marketing and Global Marketplace Partners. You will also work daily with cross-functional teams around the globe to drive forward-thinking initiatives for Nike Partners across: Retail Experience, Retail Brand, Brand Creative, Visual Merchandising, Services and Athlete Experiences, Digital Product, Merchandising, Marketplace, and Geo teams. Depending on projects, you may also collaborate with Operations and external agency partners.
