Description:

Patient Navigator – Global Services - Columbia Campus

 

The Patient Navigator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Global Services department. This position is responsible for providing administrative support, assisting with patient interactions, and managing various office-related tasks. The Patient Navigator acts as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment 

 

The shift for this position is on site Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm. 

 

Preferred Criteria

  • Experience in healthcare setting working directly with patients

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Marketing

  • Bilingual Arabic and/or Spanish

Required Criteria

  • High School Diploma or GED 

  • 3-5 years experience in a patient services environment in a tertiary care medical centers physician’s office, or related health care setting, or in public relations, or within the premier hospitality industry having direct contact with guests and the general public

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Diverse and culturally sensitive customer service skills
