Role Background:
Join us as a Senior Solutions Engineer, partnering with global prospects and customers across the full sales cycle to lead technology, architecture, security, privacy, risk, and compliance reviews. You’ll drive and support customer audits and security assessments as a lead or key team member, with a primary focus on EMEA while supporting engagements worldwide. This high‑visibility role offers direct exposure to customer executives, including Chief Technology Officers and Chief Risk Officers, and opportunities to contribute to strategic projects as directed by senior leadership.
Key Tasks:
Responsible for meeting with prospects and existing customers for reviews of technology, architecture, security, privacy, risk and compliance.
Completion of prospects or existing customers security questionnaires.
Serve as a lead or as part of a project team in customer driven audits or security reviews.
Work with sales team to support first level discovery calls and workshops to understand customer needs, pains, and initiatives.
Coordinate with sales team in support of proof-of-concepts, demo workshops etc
Responds to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.
Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, etc.
Responsible for preparing for meetings and tailoring communications to address business needs of potential clients as part of the pre-sales process.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
3 to 6 years relevant experience in tech sales or a tech sales support function
Knowledge of technology/security, risk, compliance and privacy
Able to communicate technical and business information to widely varied audiences.
Experience supporting applications and systems in a production environment, preferably for a SaaS software organization.
Proficient in ITL and best practices related to SaaS Operations.
Proficient in Information Security best practices, Technology and Infrastructure.
Proficient in Risk and Compliance Regulations as they relate to SaaS providers.
Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Fluent in English. French is a plus.
Must be prepared for travel (Around 20%).
