Job Description:
This job is responsible for ensuring operational data is fit for purpose, defining controls, and monitoring processes are in adherence to enterprise data management standards. Key responsibilities include triaging and remediating data incidents, performing data analysis, training new users, and performing impact analysis stemming from data updates. Job expectations include helping in defining access and ownership of data by domain, conducting quality control, and overseeing data maintenance.
The Data Movement Operations team is responsible for data movement across the Enterprise. The Data Analyst role will be accountable to independently develop baseline measurement of control portfolio inventory data quality. Will evaluate existing business, and technology, processes to drive controls to eliminate opportunities for data corruption. In charge of creating and implementing future-state approaches to maintaining dataset accuracy and completeness.
Plan, organize, monitor and control projects using appropriate tools and techniques while effectively communicating with leaders, peers and business partners on deliverables, timelines and needed support. Is required to report progress to senior leadership and broad stakeholder base via summarized data and visuals. Frequently engage with technical/business partners. Analyze, document, and evaluate architectural requirements. Role consistently evolves as data protection ecosystem and security advance. Team is cohesive with multiple resources able/willing to jump in anywhere needed.
